I try streaming for obs and the video output to youtube is all blurry. These are my current settings and it is still all blurry https://drive.google.com/file/d/1yDW31JiC9IEAt-SYhCixAxXRsT1NybQe/view?usp=sharing. The stream outputs to 1920x1080 and 60fps.
My Specs:
R7 2700x
GTX 1660
16gb (8gbx2) ram
