Question / Help Help with what settings to use for streaming

Hello there,
recently I tried setting up my OBS for streaming League of Legends. I used the general settings for 720p streaming just to try. However the game was lagging too much.
Here are my specs:
CPU:Intel Core i7 4770
GPU: EVGA Ge-Force GTX 760 2GB with ACX cooling
RAM: 8GB Kingstion HyperX Genesis Gray
Storage: 120 GB SSD Samsung 840 EVO / 1 TB Western Digital Red
Basically, I want to stream the game with the highest settings possible - both in-game and in stream. I think it should be possible that I stream on Max in-game settings on at least 720p but am not so sure what settings should I use.
Could you recommend me appropriate settings because I get pretty confused with the settings menu and can not understand everything.
Thanks in advance

also, run a 6MB test at http://www.testmy.net/upload as speedtest.net is next to worthless for livestreamers.

The problem is that I am using the estimated settings however it does not matter if in-game it is low or max it always stucks at 30 fps when streaming and it is not enjoyable like this. Also the problem is not with the Internet because I dont get ping lag or stream lag - just the game itself lagging
