Question / Help Help with visual pulsating problem.

Here is an issue I am having both involving recording and streaming. It literally just started happening and I have no idea why. Both drivers, obs, and graphics cards are all up to date. Many thanks for help.

*I did check log files and it says nothing is wrong, however if I still need to post them I can.

Your Buffersize is the Issue.

Disable the Custom Buffersize or set the same Value as the Bitrate in your case 2500

And make sure your Scene Buffering Time is set to 700 (Screenshot shows 400)

Since you capture with Monitor Capture I cant really tell you what Game you are trying to record/stream but usually the FX 8350 can handle 720p60 on veryfast Preset because ultrafast and only 2500 Bitrate with 720p60 will look horrible no matter what.

The "pulsating" is caused by your low Buffer btw.

Wonderful! That worked perfectly. I only record and stream League of Legends content right now so it looks great. Thanks for the help!
