Help with Virtual Camera

For some reason my OBS is not showing the "Start/Stop Virtual Camera button" on the side panel, have anyone seen this?
This is how it looks for me:

This is how I expect it to look --> Am I missing a plug-in or add on on my OBS?

I found that without this extra control my videoconferencing software is not seeing the OBS feed..

Any help would be appreciated.

So, I just figured it out. I was definitely missing the plug-in: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-virtualcam.949/ - I'll leave the post up in case anyone is trying to figure this out,

Yes, I had to install the old plug in to make sure that the button appears on the "tools" drop down. Seems odd, but that made the trick.
