Help with viewing the right panel output of OBS on my TV

I'm starting to think this isn't possible, but if not, someone here will surely be able to tell me. It would be quicker probably to show you a video of what I see and what I want to achieve. But at this point I don't know how to share a video from my phone, so I'll try to describe to you what I'm trying to do. Because Vegas Pro does not scroll dialogue on "Live" video, some one recommended I try OBS. So now I have the newest version of OBS installed and it's functioning correctly, near as I can tell. What I would like to see on the TV in front of me, is the green screen behind me, the camera directly in front of me, with the TV behind that. I would like to see either the dialogue or the lyrics scrolling in front of me, as I stare straight into the camera/TV. The Sony Camcorder is being recorded with a remote control. And I can Chrome Key it in Post-Production. Everything looks right in OBS, the music is playing, the words are scrolling (on both screens) left and right. But the text is not outputting to the TV in front of me. This may not be in it's capabilities, but I need to know, for sure, before I give up. I'm using a 4K capture card to connect the Sony Camcorder to my Surface Pro, and it is set-up correctly and displaying as it should. The text is scrolling, in both screens, left and right, and the green screen is visible behind me. the only thing I'm missing is seeing the scrolling text on the TV in front of me. So, either it doesn't work for this application or I somehow need to select the screen on the right, as the output to my TV. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong? If I could see the scrolling text on the TV directly in front of me, it would solve all my problems. I'm VERY new to OBS, so it could just be small little thing I am overlooking. Thanks in advance for any and all advice offered.

I can't quite understand what you're asking for I'm using a translator so I may be missing information.
I'm between two options:
1. You want a teleprompter.
2. You want to monitor OBS on the TV.

Thanks for the reply Jonathan, it's appreciated. To explain it a bit better, here is a screenshot. I found out what I was doing wrong, I had the output HDMI of the Capture Card going to the TV, when I should have connected the output of OBS going to the TV. It's almost perfect now, but I would like the output to the TV full screen (without the interface at the bottom) of what they call Full Screen, which it isn't. Is there a way to ask the Developers for a tweak or added feature? True full screen would be incredible, with transport bar at the bottom. With pause, rewind, fast forward, play, start from beginning etc. And if the scrolling feature could be linked to the audio file playing, it would be absolutely AWESOME!! But right it's VERY close to what I'm looking for. To answer your question, I want both, a teleprompter and monitor the output of OBS in full screen on my TV. Here's a screenshot showing what I've got so far, and how I would like to modify it.

Rob,
This is Very Close.jpg

Haz clic derecho en el lienzo -> proyecto en pantalla -> Tv

This is so that it comes up in full screen

For synchronizing the audio and lyrics is another story, the most optimal solution is to prepare a video beforehand with the music and lyrics synchronized (karaoke style), if it is not possible with transparency, use cromakey

Each scene and even each source has the projector feature. So if you need, you can prepare a scene that shows exactly what you want on the TV, no matter if you want it in your recording or stream, then right-click in the scene list > Fullscreen projector (scene). This scene is independent from the program output, i. e. what you get in the recording.

Thanks guys for chiming in and trying to help me. Jonathan, I don't know what this means? Haz clic derecho en el lienzo -> proyecto en pantalla -> Tv Are you saying there is a true Full Screen mode? Because the screenshot you see above, IS what OBS calls Full Screen. I want all the green to be full screen, with NO black and no Interface. If that is possible please explain in detail. In Newbie terms, because I am a Newbie.
Koala, oh WOW!! That just might be the missing piece of the puzzle. Thanks Guys, I'm going to go test right now!

Before I go, I'm thinking ahead..........if this works, is there a keyboard command that hits the play button on an audio media source? Because being Full Screen I won't be able to see the Play button.

So yes, that worked, thanks Guys. I would consider this 98.5% resolved. If there was a keyboard command for Projector Screen mode and one to start the audio playing, it would be perfect. As it is now, as soon as you open OBS, it starts scrolling and playing the audio right away. There's just no time, to prepare and get ready. And if you could save it in Projector Screen mode, so that when open OBS, that mode is already set, then all you would have to do, is hit the play button. But it's damn close now, and very usable, as long as I'm prepared to go, as soon as I open OBS. I'm really loving the large full screen scrolling on my TV, exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Lastly I wish there was a way to link an audio track with the scrolling feature, so that you could time those two a bit more precisely.

Is there a proper place to ask for feature enhancements, or additional features? I don't want to post in the wrong section.
