Question / Help Help with Video Encoder Settings for FFMPEG output

I tried putting both ways, but encoder just ignores them and encodes with preset medium crf 23
How do i properly specify encoder settings? Is there a guide to it?

why not use simple mode and some hardware encoder if you have it? x264 for recording is not optimal imho...

I want to configure hevc_nvenc (mainly enable main10 profile and init_qp modes), but it seems just ignores all parameters i pass it. I used x264 just to test if parameters are applied.
