Hi, actually i have a notebook with this especifications
-4g DDR3 1600 Mhz
-Intel Core i3-3110M, 2.4 GHz
-NVIDIA GeForce GT 620M GDDR3 1 GB

and 1mb upload internet

Stream my gameplay from the ps3 and use LGP, but the quality no is the best.

What is the best performance in obs or LGP for a grat quality?

Really though, with an i3 you may be best-off with using Quicksync (QSV) if your cpu/mobo supports it. They're known for being... weak. There's a reason they carry a bargain-basement price. OBS would deliver MUCH better quality, if you had a stronger CPU to run the x264 encoder at Veryfast. Can try it with the i3, but I wouldn't expect too much.

Then again, an i3 should probably be able to encode 480p, which is about the highest you'll want to go with only 1mbps (1000kbps, as far as the Estimator and OBS settings go) upstream.
