Question / Help Help With Streaming

Hello all, first post. First let me say that I really like the software, and plan on using it for all of my future streaming needs. But, I am having a few issues. I am very new to the streaming thing, I only got into it because of BF4 and I want to show my friends how much better gaming is on PC ;)

That being said, I am having some issues with the stream. I have it all setup and it streams the game to my twitch.tv account but the stream itself is a little laggy and the game (bf4) is almost a slide show. I have tried many different things, gone through several guides on here and tried/tested all sorts of stuff but nothing really seems to help. Any advise from you all would be greatly appreciated!

Internets:

PC Specs:
GeForce GTX 760
6GB DDR3 RAM
AMD FX 8120 3.10Ghz
(Windows and game files as well as OBS are running on SSD's dont know if that makes any difference)

Thanks for taking a look! Look forward to getting it all sorted so I can stream away!

why did you change your scene buffering to 200? ... default used to be 400 and now its 700 so leave it at 700

settings wise 3500 bitrate is killing non partnered streamers on twitch due to poor servers then again 540p@30@2k bitrate should look more than okay and it should be watchable without a problem.

-scene buffering back to 700
-fps 30

That is the latest one. I started having the twitch issue listed HERE and I read from someones post that deleting the appdata folder helped with the issue. It didn't, but I can assure you the key is correct as I had been streaming earlier.

As for the buffering, I was reading setup guides that mentioned 200 so I gave it a shot. I dont have a link handy. I will set it back to default and run a longer stream if I can connect to twitch at some point lol.

*EDIT* Newest log. HERE Jumped on my community server with only 2 other admins for settings test, everything reset to default still getting really bad frame stutter and stream was very jumpy as well.

BF4 is extremely system-intensive and is hard to get running well while streaming. I recommend continuing to lower your streaming settings until you are satisfied with your in-game performance.
