Hello, I'm trying to stream but I'm not sure if my computer and internet can handle...

I want to stream CS:GO

i-5 6400 skylake 2.7
GTX 1060

Internet 30mb / 3.2 up

When I use OBS Studio I have lag problems in the game
When I use OBS Classic I have lag problems with the transmission

Maybe try and putting a higher bitrate... I'm not sure, just try it, but do preview stream to test it out. Usually I record Minecraft and my Minecraft can't handle the low setting I got in my OBS so I set my bitrate to a higher Bitrate
