Question / Help Help with streaming!!

I want to be able to live stream Call of Duty: Black ops 3 from my ps4
i have a avermedia LGP lite...
i set everything up all ready to stream, face cam overlay, etc etc... but when i preview my stream or actually start streaming my PC freezes until i close OBS, i have checked my CPU usage with OBS on and previewing stream and its using more than i have
could anybody help me so that i am able to stream please
My PC specs are
Motherboard - Gigabyte F2A68HM-HD2
CPU Type - AMD FM2 Dual Core
CPU Model - AMD FM2 A6 6400K 3.9ghz Dual Core
CPU Speed - 3.9 Ghz
Memory - 8GB DDR3 1600mhz Performance Ram
Hard Drive Size - 1tb Seagate Barracuda Sata 6Gb/s 64mb Cache 7200rp
Graphics Card - Onboard AMD Radeon HD 8470D
