Question / Help Help With Streaming Settings

Hey I want to start streaming with OBS and I currently do but I think I did the settings wrong and I need some really good 720p 60fps HD settings for when I stream here are my specs:

✦CPU - AMD FX 6350 6 CORE 3.9GHz

✦MOBO - Asus M5A97

✦RAM - G.Skill NS 8GB

✦GPU - ASUS STRIX 960

✦PSU - CORSAIR CX 600W

✦STORAGE - 1TB SEAGATE

The log files don't show any issues. Consider the CPU you're using, this is excellent performance. You must be streaming content that itself doesn't use much CPU.
