Ok, so i recently got a GTX 970 and replaced my 750ti. When i streamed with the 750ti, i would drop frames in game (not in obs and not a connection issue). I would drop to about 30 then go up to like 60-70 fps. The same problem is happening even with the 970 now. I dont know much about the whole situation, or much about pc's. Just some basic knowledge, So any information as to why this is happening is much appreciated.
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8320
GPU: GTX 970 SSC 2.0+
