Hi guys, I have an Intel i5 7500 and AMD rx 480 graphic cards. I tried streaming using x264 encoder but on Twitch it is really really laggy. I switched to H264 encoder by AMD and it is smooth but the quality is just ok. Did I do something wrong? or should I just use the H264 enconder by AMD. Everybody has been recommending the x2674 encoder but as it happened I don't think it works with my settings. I appreciate if there is any help.
