720@30fps 2500 bitrate/buffer.Hello guys,this is my PC and internet specs,can you help me choose good settings for streaming?
CPU:Intel Core i5 4690k
GPU:Nvidia 970gtx 4gb
RAM: 8gb

thanks mate, but can i stream at 60fps and if yes what settings to use?
If you know you can stream at 720@60, why are you asking?

you are using ultrafast and honestly think you can stream at 720@60? veryfast is the default preset and is the best balance between quality and cpu usage. you aren't gaining anything as I could imagine that with that bitrate it looks horrible.
Recommendation: 720@30fps 2000 bitrate veryfast preset.
