Help With resolution 2560x1080

Hello Guys.

I have a 2560x1080 monitor, however, when I stream in native resolution the stream has black bars at the bottom, top and sides for those without an Ultrawide Monitor. Is there any way to use the native resolution and the obs itself set to 1920x1080 without losing resolution? Because I did some tests with filters and it was not good.

No, there is no way. The aspect ratio of both resolutions is different. You cannot force one into the other without distortion. You have to choose whether you want a nice view yourself and black bars for your viewers or black bars for yourself and a nice view for your viewers.
