Question / Help Help with recording

I want to start edit and record csgo videos but my cpu isn't that good, right now i have a AMD FX-4100 not overclocked and a Nvidia GTX 550TI. I want to record videos but i have to do it in x1.25 scaling which looks horrible.

Which settings should i use for the best quality?

Why are you scaling up? What is your computers full specs? I would suggest you record at 720p30p.

CPU: AMD FX-4100
GPU: Nvidia GTX550TI
MOBO: Asus M5a78l-m usb3
1 500gb hard drive and 1 250gb hard drive

I shall try 720p@30fps.
