help with recording settings PLEASE

I am trying to record some Minecraft Gameplay for friends but I can't because each time I start recording, my screen starts to buffer and get a bit laggy. I need help as to what I can do to fix this

Specs:
i5 3470
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB
8 GB's of ram
