Question / Help Help with Recording 720 with 1680x1050

Hi there everyone I have been recording my games with a 1680x1050 monitor but when I edit the recording with adobe premiere for Youtube Hd 720 it comes out with the black lines on the sides and botton. I tried configurating the recording monitor to 1028x720 in video section but it owly records a part of the image. This link is from a video from my channel so you can take a look.

1680x1050 is a 16:10 resolution, whereas 1280x720 is a 16:9 resolution. They are different aspect ratios. If you want to record with out the "black bars", you have to run the game in a 16:9 resolution.
