Question / Help Help with optimizing stream settings

Hello, as the title states, I wanted some input on my settings for streaming in OBS. Usually I just do local recordings, so I'm not very familiar with tweaking settings for streaming.

Current build-
OS- Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
CPU- Intel Core i5 3450 @ 3.10GHz
RAM- 8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz
Mobo- MSI B75MA-P45 (MS-7798)
GPU- 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

I'll attach a recent streaming log file, as well as my Speedtest results (for those that don't want to click the image, it was 83.25 Mbps download/86.99 Mbps upload).

two things, speed test don't always mean what they say when it comes to streaming so use this utility instead when creating a baseline http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester. Streaming over 2500 bitrate can sometimes cause viewers to buffer so that is an artificial limitation that you'll have to use when streaming. you'll have to rely on them as you might or might not get the same results when viewing your own stream (which is not recommended). viewing your own stream can cause more CPU usage than you have so with an i5, I would steer away from doing this at all. Just use a popout chat when watching chat.

as for your settings:
1280x720p
30fps
bitrate/custom buffer 2500
CBR (Constant Bitrate), padding, and CFR (Constant Frame Rate) both enabled.

remove "CRF" (Constant Rate Factor) from your custom x264 commands. This is for local recording only
