Well, first off, I should go ahead and copy my laptop specs and OBS settings (and i guess some logs too)

Specs
  • Operating system - Windows 10 Home 64
  • Memory, standard - 4 GB DDR3 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB)
  • Hard drive description - 500 GB 5400 rpm SATA
  • Processor family - AMD Quad-Core A-Series processor
  • Processor - AMD Quad-Core A6-5200 APU with Radeon HD 8400 Graphics (2 GHz, 2 MB cache)
  • Display - 15.6" diagonal HD BrightView LED-backlit (1366 x 768)
  • Graphics - AMD Radeon R4 Graphics (up to 2 GB)
  • Network interface - Integrated 10/100 BASE-T Ethernet LAN
  • Wireless - 802.11b/g/n (1x1)
I think the Audio is fine, so I'll give the encoding, video, and advanced settings:
  • Encoder - x264
  • Checked: Use CBR, Enable CBR Padding
  • Max Bitrate - 1500 (If I set this any higher, I usually get High Encoding issues and choppy streams)

  • Video adapter - AMD Radeon HD 8400 / R3 Series (I'm aware this graphics card does have issues for gaming purposes)
  • Base Resolution - 1200 by 720 with aspect ratio of 5:3 (I recently changed this to be the same as my monitor, being 1366x768 with an aspect ratio of 683:384, have not tested this out, but I had black bars on the left and right sides of my stream before changing this)
  • Resolution Downscale - x1.25 (960x576)
  • Filter - Bilinear (fastest)
  • FPS - 30

  • x264 CPU preset - veryfast
  • Encoding profile - main
  • Keyframe Interval - 2 secs
  • Checked: Use CFR

I could post some logs if need be, only if you guys need it to help me out

They do work for me, but occasionally some games will be a tad bit choppy, and almost always has the high encoding message, and some games, like FreezeME, and the Sega Classics Hub (both on Steam) don't work very well

Well use Obs estimator and you can enter you stats and it would recommend stuff for the encoding stuff, but it has newer CPU's and GPU's
