Question / Help Help with OBS Studio settings

Hi guys, I would like to start streaming, and OBS settings are too confusing for me. My specs are:

Processor: Intel Core i5-6400 2,7GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte B150-HD3
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2133MHz dual channel
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB
One 120GB SSD and one 1TB HDD

The main game I'd like to stream is PUBG, next to some GTA V, Dota 2. I'd like some orientative settings for the beginning, and I'll post Twitch Bandwidth photo and CPU-Z logs.

I did the Auto-Configuration, it put my Video Bitrate to 6000 and chose Milan as the twitch server, and NVENC as the encoder, but I get dropped frames in OBS. I watched the stream through my phone, but it looked alright.
