Question / Help Help with obs settings

On the settings I currently use my audio from my game is behind. I use an elgato to record and ill post my specs and down and up below. My computer is a 14" alienware. If you could tell me every setting that I need to put with my computer and internet I'd appreciate it!

Upload: 5
Cpu: i7-4700MQ 2.4GHz
Gpu: Nvidia GeForce GT 750M
Ram: 8Gb

If you need to know anything else specs wise please let me know!

Make sure that the "Use buffering" option is checked in the Video Capture source settings (even with the number at 0ms).
