Question / Help Help With OBS settings

I would like to set up my stream but i'm lacking the knowledge in how to make it look like a professional stream.( In dealing with the specific settings and how to adapt them with my current rig/internet)

Here is my rig
- CPU = Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
- Mother Board = MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition ATX LGA1150
- Video Card = Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX

My Internet
- Upload = 10.36mbs
- Downlod = 33.56mbs

As for the games I will be playing it ranges from games like Cs:go to Dark souls.

I would like to stream at the highest quality that my set up can handle but, nothing over board that over works my comp.

3500 Kbps for 1080p30 or 720p60, probably 2500 Kbps for 720p30 unless the content is really complex (e.g. the grass in ArmA or DayZ). You can probably get away with the faster or fast preset for 1080p30/720p60 and fast or medium for 720p30 depending on how demanding the game is.
