Question / Help Help with OBS Settings

Hello i really want to start streaming but i have no idea if i have the specs for it or what settings i would use. So that is why i turn to you guys for hope that you could help me.
SPECS:
Inter core i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz
MEMORY: 8 GB
64 bit operating system
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB SC ACX SuperClocked
Motherboard: P8H77-M PRO ASUS

I mainly play counter strike global offensive so i would be glad if someone could help me!

try it and see. post a logfile from the help menu after you try. 720@30 should be reasonable for an i5. if not use quicksync or NVENC.
