Question / Help Help with my log file

Hey OBS,

I keep getting some slightly fps lag on my stream. I have used the log analyzer but didn't find any problems.

I have tried different servers but keep having that weird fps lag. Sometimes I don't have the lag but most of the time I do.

In LoL you have the option to set it to a maximum fps, for example 60 as your monitor hz will probably be. That can sometimes allow the game to demand less cpu/gpu and thus free up room in general and give you a better experience.
The log really looks totally fine, so I would try that. (Lowering just the shadow settings can also help as I remember)

Well it didn't solve the problem. I put the fps on 60 and shadow off.

Edit:

I also want to mention that I don't have any fps lag in game. I also have tried lowest graphic settings in LoL and it still streams with this fps lag. I wonder what is causing this problem.
