Hello month ago i have try make stream (i have low bandwith 0.76) and have maked good steam 540p 25 fps and it was fine
for my connection its little pixelled but is watchable, now i have try stream with same setting and my badwith is 0.74 i have lowered bitrate and have tryed stream but my ping is high while sometime have 40ms and sometime 200ms. now have tryed change options but i cant optimize my stream (srry for my english)

Try enabling Minimize Network Impact in your broadcast settings and lowering your bit rate a bit.

Unfortunately, nothing will really look good at that bit rate, so you might just have to play with it yourself until you can find something that you can live with.
