Question / Help Help With Minecraft/Game Capture

Game Capture will only record frames up until I would click. I figured oh ok I'll just use a display capture but that gets lots of dropped/lagged/stuttered frames which doesnt look appealing at all. I've tried online tutorials and guides but nothing seems to work for me! If you guys could help I would be ecstatic!

Cpu: 17-7700K
Gpu: GTX 1070
 
Also game Capture works just fine with any other game, whether I leave it on Capturing Fullscreen or Capture Specific Window
