Hello!

I have a upload speed from: 33.44 mb/s and a download speed from: 37,83 mb/s.
How much maximum bit rate (kb/s) should i use? I don't want lag in the stream of course! :P

twitch? 3500 is advertized recommended max. of course that could affect many viewers streaming that high with buffering so most of the time, for viewers, 2500 is much more tolerable.

I tried 3000 but my stream has to buffer every 5 seconds or so. WHich bit rate should it not buffer at?

Read what I wrote. follow your viewers by dropping bitrate 200 at a time until the majority are happy. after you get more viewers, I would play around with raising the bitrate a little at a time until you get complaints. that being said, some days might be better than others.
