Hey all!
I recently got OBS and have been fiddling around with guides and videos trying to figure out good local recording settings that won't kill my laptop. It's an Asus R510D with a AMD A10 elite quad core processor and a Radeon HD 8670M 2GB graphics card. I have Windows 8 as well. Here is my speed test on my internet:
Not the best it can be but it's what I got wireless as of now. I've fiddled a bit on my own and keep getting cloudy and fogged videos. I can see the footage but words are cloudy as is some of the detail. I tried adjusting from superfast to faster in the advanced settings but that made my recording lag. I have also tried increasing the bitrate and buffer rate from 1500 to 3000 and still cloudy. Any recommendations for settings? Please and thank you!
