I have an i5-2410 processor @2.4GHz with 6 GB of RAM. I also have 58 mbs down and 39 up. I can stream in 720p without a problem and I put the bitrate to 3600 and it still does not look anywhere near 720p. I have an intel integrated graphics card as well. Any tips or advice, I'm more than happy to look at. Thanks in advance!

Nope, that's definitely outputting 720.. it does admittedly look somewhat blurry though, not sure if that's the device or what exactly

It's probably the superfast preset. That will have a noticeably lower quality than veryfast, which is the default and recommended preset.

If you get poor performance with veryfast, it's probably because your have a weak CPU and can't realistically expect to have a good looking stream.
