Hi Guys,

I had tried out several settings for the slow connection to stream, and watch back on Twitch, the result is very lag.
Here is one of my example of the Twitch vid.

Here is my laptop spec:-
Metabox P650RE Laptop, Window 10
Intel Core i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
24GB RAM
64bit Operating System, x64 Based Processor

Internet download: ~21.85Mbps
Internet upload: ~4.74Mbps

Your CPU while playing your game and streaming is getting overwhelmed.
You should switch to using NVENC encoding instead. Don't remember at the moment if your 970M even supports it though but you can try.
Go to Output | Output Mode = Advanced | Streaming tab and choose NVENC h.264 instead of x264
