You have networking problems:
18:01:35.620: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Connecting to RTMP URL rtmp://live-dfw.twitch.tv/app...
18:01:35.696: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Interface: ASUS PCE-AC68 802.11ac Network Adapter (802.11, 1088 mbps)
18:01:36.731: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] Connection to rtmp://live-dfw.twitch.tv/app successful
18:01:36.884: ==== Streaming Start ===============================================
18:02:10.913: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] User stopped the stream
18:02:10.913: Output 'adv_stream': stopping
18:02:10.913: Output 'adv_stream': Total frames output: 457 (1008 attempted)
18:02:10.913: Output 'adv_stream': Total drawn frames: 1058
18:02:10.913: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 551 (54.7%)
The problem likely is because you are trying to stream over a Wifi connection. Try doing hardwired Ethernet instead.
Go buy long Category 6 Ethernet cables and make sure all networking equipment is 1Gbps (routers, switches, etc.). To test, run the long Cat 6 cable from your Internet modem/router to the back of your computer.
