Question / Help Help with hearing skype while using OBS

I realize this might be an extremely "nooby" question, but im brand new to streaming and recording,
so with that said, how do i setup OBS and Skype so that my stream can hear the call? thanks

You have to make sure exclusive mode is not the problem by deactivating it on your audio devices:

And you need to make sure the audio device OBS records and Skype uses are the same. For example if you have a default playback device in windows, but your communication device is different, skype will often use the Communication device and OBS would record the default playback device.
