I want to stream and/or record League of Legends, so if anyone could help with finding the right settings for me that would be great! Thanks in advance!
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 5500
Processor: Intel Core i3-5020U CPU @ 2.20GHz
OS: Windows 10
Screen Resolution: 1366 x 768 (16:9)
In-game FPS without streaming: Around 100-130
In-game FPS while streaming: 60-80
The FPS really isn't the issue, because I don't mind playing on it. The issue I'm having is it looks like the video is "lagging" a bit, kind of skipping frames.
Speedtest results:
60 download, 6.5 upload, and 30 ms.
