Question / Help HELP with fps drop in recording.

Hi, I know there are a lot of threads about this, but I have followed every and each of them, but i cant get to record at 1080p60fps no matter how I change the settings I always get a fps drop at certain points of my recording, here is a video about this issue:

and my log is uploaded as a file cause its too long.
