Question / Help Help with Elgato HD60 S - Wireless USB Headset

Hey everyone. I recently bought the Elgato HD60 S to use with my PS4 gameplay. I've installed the software (always a good start!) and it is effectively capturing my gameplay on the PS4. My problem is that I am really struggling getting my audio to reach my headset as well as be able to use the mic on my headset. So far I can only speak via my headset and hear the audio via the TV.

I'm using the Playstation Pulse wireless (USB) headset. I've spent hours and hours looking for a solution and I've seen a lot of suggestions but I'm wary of spending money on a new headset or various wires (or both!) unless I know that it's the best solution. An external mic is not really an option because of background noise - I would ideally like to use the mic on my headset while also hearing the game audio - I don't need to hear party chat with friends as I tend to play alone.

Is there a way to make this work with my current headset? If not, is there a headset that you recommend? I'm okay with buying another headset if it fixes the issue - it doesn't have to be a wireless headset, I don't mind. I've seen something about some headsets with mixamps - would that be a solution? Honestly, I'm not super savvy with this stuff but I'm trying :D

Would really appreciate some help on this. Thanks very much :)
