Question / Help Help With Download

Hi I am new here and a sometime ago I decided to download OBS (I heard about it from a Youtuber). When I went to the download, it told me my system was missing some "DirectX Components" that I needed to have. I tried telling it to not download those, but that didn't work. So I finally clicked yes, and it redirected me to the Microsoft website where it prompted me to download Windows 10. The thing is, I already have Windows 10 on my computer. What do I do???
