Hello guys i really need a help with configuration my OBS for twitch step by step.

All informations:

PC :

intel core i7 2.6 GHZ 2600K
GeForce GTX 650Ti
8 GB Ram

Net :
DL Speed : 30 mb/s
up speed : 1.6-1.8 mb/s
ping : 15

I really need all informations step by step how to configure my OBS, i was using xsplit before but i decide to switch with personal reasons. Ill be glad for every help, cause i cant do it by myself, i have no idea why but using the same settings what i was using with xsplit, my stream laggs terrible and quality is way lower.

1 Mbps is 1024 Kbps. If you enter Mbps values into the estimator (e.g. you put in a 1.6) it will treat that as 1.6 Kbps and give you retarded answers like "1". 1.6 Mbps is ~1600 Kbps so you should be entering 1600.

Go to the first link I provided and follow the instructions. Put the logs on pastebin.com and link the pastebin URL here. I am not wading through "speedyshare" download links just because you won't read.

You need to downscale your resolution. Streaming at 1080p at only 1200kbps will produce a pretty low quality stream. Go into your Video settings and use Resolution Downscale to downscale by at least 2x, if not more.

i already do that, nothing changed

Are you sure? Because downscaling by 2x should change quite a bit in terms of video quality.
