Hey guys!
First, sorry my bad english. hehe
I need ur help with my configs *-*



Processor: AMD A8-3870 3.0GHz
Chipset: AMD Radeon HD 6770
Ram: 4.0GB

But this quality sucks, and my latency its high. When i use any skills in game (League of legends), my latency come to up.
I wanna stream without lag and with a acceptable quality, u can help-me?

That's a rough upload to stream at.

Set your bit rate to 600/600 with CBR and enable Minimize Network Impact in the Broadcast settings and downscale your resolution by 2x, and see how that turns out.

After this update, when i use various spells, or have various spells on screen, i got lag.
why?

Because you're not using CBR. with VBR, your bit rate will spike higher when you need to render more action in the scene, such as with spells and such.

My radeon driver can make this lag ?
i downloaded another driver..

If you have enabled both CBR and Minimize Network impact and are still getting latency problems, the only solution from here is to keep lowering the bitrate until it goes away.

It tests your download and upload to see if your ISP is shaping your connection(capping) meaning you would have less upload than what speedtest.net says.
