Hi all! Im having problems with my stream quality

I dont know how to get the best performance with my computer:

-Intel Pentium dual core 2.7 ghz
- 2 gb ram
- HD radeon 5570 1 gb ddr2
- 1 mb upload

You're dropping a ton of frames and lagging a ton of frames. Honestly, that CPU is not very good for streaming, and it looks like your quoted 1mb upload isn't quite that much. Go to http://testmy.net to get a better idea of your real upload rate. And even if you got enough upload, you will still be very CPU-bound on your encoding time. You could try greatly reducing the resolution and frame rate, but at some point you have to ask yourself it's it's worth it. :/

yea in a month im going to upgrade my computer. But before i re install windows 7 my streas was great! Now i dont know my config, and its not working like before. My upload is 0.99 ,b
