Question / Help Help with comp specs

Hello friends

Hope you guys are doing alright. Need some help if anyone's got a moment. I am looking to improve the quality of my stream with higher vid resolution without stream freeze. Was hoping if any computer savvy people had time could give me some insight on potential upgrades. I'm looking into a new processor but that's all I can think of really. Here are my specs:

Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB
AMD Phenom II X2 550 Black Edition Callisto 3.1GHz (potential upgrade)
CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 430W
2x G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (this is the maximum allotted ram for my mobo)

I don't have quite enough of a budget to switch over to intel. Any suggestions on what I can do with my build? ><
