Question / Help Help with BMIP recording off of a camcorder.

Hello, I've been using OBS for 3 years now to record off of a digital 1080p camcorder using HDMI. I previously used a USB Avermedia C875 for that period of time and it worked fine after setting it up.

Recently I switched to a Black Magic Intensity Pro. My problem is that I cannot get the card to recognize the camcorder and/or that OBS will not work with the capture card. Every time that I go to the configure button to open up the Decklink settings, I input the resolution and then click ok. If you go back into it the settings have been reversed to NTSC. Nothing I do will make it stay at the correct resolution and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to/can use the custom resolution and FPS in OBS's menu. If anybody could guide me in the correct direction, that'd be great.

If you have a way with setting it outside of OBS, I would try that method. I find that setting any capture sources properties in OBS, does not seem to keep the setting.
