Question / Help Help with blurry picture

Hello all, thank you for checking this post. I was wondering if someone would be able to help me. When I stream to twitch I get blurry/pixelly streams when I'm moving and everything looks fuzzy. I have streamed in the past but have recently upgraded my computer add have had to re-download OBS. I was wondering if anyone could help me fix this issue or recommend improvement.

CPU- Intel i7-4770K
GPU- GTX 670 SSC
Ram- 12GB DDR3

You are using OBS Classic. Note that this version has not been in development for some time, and it is strongly recommended that you update to OBS Studio. Links to download OBS Studio can be found on the front page or by clicking Download up top.
