I know there is a auto-helper kinda thing, i thought it would be better to get input from people close to my specs

Im streaming new games (BF4, CODGHOSTS) pc

My internet speed is 60mb download 6mb upload
i7 4770k
asus z87k
gtx 660 sc 2gb
8gb ram
1tbhdd
320gb hdd for os

What would you guys recommend for settings wise?
