Help with audio from a PCIe card on 2009 mac

I'm a teacher, and new to OBS. I'm teaching online and I want to use two cameras and multiple inputs. My old Mackie D8b digital board does all the audio routing for me. It works fine with Zoom but I cannot get sound in or out of the PCI card with OBS. The PCIe card works with a MOTU 2408 interface. I have another small board with usb and that works in OBS. I'd like to use the Mackie because it has more inputs. my Mac is a 2009 OS 10.13.6. I've spent hours watching videos using soundflower and ishowyou, but no sound. I'll attach a screenshot of my audio inputs. I've tried them all. I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks, and be well. Joel

Maybe check security, programs access to devices.

Thanks Cindydoo22. I added the software for the pci card to security but still no sound from my board. My pci card works fine with zoom
