Question / Help Help with Afterbirth?

After recently getting into streaming, I wanted to stream my favorite game The Binding Of Isaac : Afterbirth. When I streamed it, it was super laggy. I have a good PC and a good upload speed. Any ideas?

Post a logfile from the Help menu, as it asks when you open a new thread in Q&H. We really do need it to see what's happening on the back end.
