Question / Help Help with Action! and OBS?

Ok so I use the software Action! to record Videos and I stream With OBS.When I went to stream and record OBS Said this: Incompatible hook modules were detected in the OBS process.Please make sure OBS is added to the ignore list of any overlay or capture programs etc. anyway does anyone know how to add it to this "ignore list" or anything?

Depends on the program. What modules did it detect? It should specify the modules. Is this caused by "action!" itself, or something else?
