Question / Help Help with Achieving the Best Possible Stream Quality

Hello,
My name is Jan "KoreanPizzaBoy" Schaffer and I need your help with settings with OBS Studio.

I own notebook Lenovo Legion Y520 and i wanna stream
Spects :
Processor : Intel Core i7 7700HQ Kaby Lake
Graphic Card : nVidia GeForce 1050 TI - 4GB
RAM : 16 GB DDR4
Storage : SSD 256GB + HDD 2TB

it´s DOW : 25/ UP : 25 MBPS tarrif but sometimes Upload is about 5-20MBPS

I need help with setting up OBS Studio. Because I tried to stream PUBG and other games.
I set it to 30FPS but in OBS Studio where is CPU Usage and FPS (that FPS dropping to 20-22FPS from 30FPS and I don´t know why. Can anybody help me with setting up OBS : Studio as new one?

As you can see : https://www.twitch.tv/videos/213327141 // There some gliching FPS drops. But IN-GAME are FPS stable but in OBS not.. Any suggestion? Thank you so much :)

Maybe it is doing 64bit version ? :O
