Question / Help HELP Window Capture only captures cursor arrow and black screen

HELP. I just bought a 590 p0070 HP with Intel UHD Graphics card and Win 10 It won't let me capture windows. I just get a black screen. I'm about to return the damn computer. Please help I have watched 5 tutorials and have done everything. I had the latest version and I unistalled/reinstalled 6x and nothing worked. I tried an older 24.01 version from my other computer where OBS actually works, but it still wouldn't work on the new computer. Everything works except capture. Display capture seems to work although I see no use for it. I want to read from my website and my kindle and I can't if I can't bring them up. This is killing my channel and making me insane. $700+ is a lot to just throw away on a hunk of sh*t. Help! Video and audio work, so why can't I bring up websites and my Kindle using Window capture? Is the whole computer incompatible?

Please try to include a recording/streaming session when you experience problems while streaming or recording,
as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

If you have solved your problem yourself, please let the others know how you did it If someone else has the same problem,
he will find your post, read it through, is no step closer to solving it, and has wasted some time.

So I ask for help and you reprimand me on semantics like a smug elitist? Really? If you're going to use energy to type, type out a solution! I am sitting here in absolute hell. OBS session is insignificant! I can't start one because Window Capture only captures a Black Screen meaning it fails to capture the Window! I can't record without it! My channel is in jeopardy. I'm wasting time. Now You're wasting it, too.
