Help! Windows 10 DESKTOP WHY DOES IT LOOK LIKE THIS D:
Everything else - camera, images slideshow whatever, looks OK

To be clear this is a screen capture in OBS

OMG I fixed it. In the NVIDIO Control Panel, I turned off "Optimize for Compute Performance"
Guess I'll miss out on the compute performance optimization, but now I can see them windows clear as day.
